TM's

TM's gain a new family member in Six Stars. TR's and HM's don't exist in Kirstria, but there is something new: the Shard Records. Move Tutors either teach your pokémon new moves for free, or they sell you Blue, Yellow, Green, Red, Magenta or Cyan Records, respectively called BR, YR, GR, RR, MR and CRs. They act the same as technical machines. The currency for these are the similarly-colored shards which you can find in caves, which were also used by the move tutors in the gen 5 games. You could find these in 'dust clouds': the cave version of rustling grass. In Six Stars, the dust clouds for these are seperate from the encounter clouds.
